Determining the innocence and guilt of a particular person is a very tricky business in today’s world. Crime is everywhere and people are given to telling lies. In the hopes of bringing justice to victims and their families, forensic science and forensics law have been developed. Through these tools, new ways of gathering evidence and analyzing the crime scene are made. Based on science, a criminal’s presence in a crime scene can be established and the story about a crime can be told.
With fingerprints, blood, hair samples, photo analysis of crime scenes, etc., more cases are closed and even cold cases are being closed with links made through DNA evidence or some other forensic evidence found in other open cases.
